ASSET MANAGEMENT TRAINEES TEAM (6)

Wages: $14.00/hr. (30 hours/week)

The Asset Management trainees will work directly with our public works supervisor and the
housing coordinator to maintain the general maintenance and upkeep of our community roads,
grounds, and general maintenance of all our social housing including all our senior residencies.
Assist public works supervisor with the upkeep of the grounds and the senior's property
in the community.
Use of small equipment like riding lawnmowers and brush saws will be used.
Assist public works with maintenance of the upkeep of our roads.
Assist the housing coordinator with minor repairs and maintenance on all our seniors
and social housing in the community
Assist public works supervisor with the preparation of Arbor, fire pit, grounds
beautification and tee-pee erection for our annual pow-wow.
Assist with community-based events and activities, including the two day Pow-wow.
Must be knowledgeable of Pow-wow etiquette and Aboriginal cultures and traditions.
Must have strong technical skills in office equipment and proficient in MS Office.
Must have been a full-time student in the previous academic year and intend to return
to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year between the ages of 15-30.
Must be a Canadian citizen.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Must have a social Insurance Number.
