W4 is looking for a new Affiliate Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing key operational, analytical, and administrative support for the Affiliate Management department and will report directly to the VP of Network Operations and VP of Distribution. This role provides ample room for growth and the opportunity to continually mold the position based on the candidate’s feedback and recommendations.
Conduct phone interviews on all incoming affiliate applications (domestic and international) and recommend application approval/denial based on the information gathered.
Provide the leadership team with daily, weekly, and monthly department performance reports.
Answer, field, and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the proper department.
Assist the Affiliate Management team through various operational and administrative tasks, such as gathering data and updates, upkeep of interdepartmental documents, data entry, report analysis, and follow-up on leads/projects.
Assist in sending campaign updates and pause notifications to publisher partners.
Assist in writing custom creative and content for high priority campaigns.
Work on various PR and Marketing initiatives including managing and updated W4 social media accounts.
Review and compile analytical reports identifying various creative performance trends.
Review of individual campaign setup to ensure accuracy in affiliate portal.
Create content for daily campaign marketing newsletter.
Assist with creation of affiliate offer lists for network wide distribution.
Loves speaking over the phone; a true people person
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
One year of professional experience preferred
Experience collecting, tracking, and analyzing data in a sales environment preferred
Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel
Experience working with Google Office Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Mac proficient is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Must be a versatile team player that is able to work well with others
Ability to prioritize under pressure
Extremely detail-oriented; able to follow detailed instructions and see projects through to
Able to commit to an 8:00 – 5:00 work day
Experience within the online advertising industry a plus
