The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of web, mobile, apps and other digital platforms to accomplish organizational objectives with the best possible user experience. Also responsible for the creative development of website banner ads and email marketing content. Major areas of responsibility include the day-to-day management of beerlne.com, supplier portal, and electronic order platforms.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Support all website initiatives including web content management, email marketing and electronic order methods; this includes but is not limited to:
Updating products on beerline.com
Monitoring the Beerline.com Support Email Account
Run queries for email marketing programs
Build product pages in support of new product launches
Handle escalated website issues and bugs.
Collaborate with business unit managers and sales teams to support website initiatives
Write, design and create marketing collateral for digital services.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date website content while maintaining a consistent brand message.
Communicate with departments to update or remove content from website.
Assist with testing during website upgrades/enhancements.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Optimize page layouts to increase conversion and ensure best practices. Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic/Web Design or related field.
6 or more months of related work experience or prior internship experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong editing, proofreading and problem-solving.
Requires some after-hours and/or weekend commitment.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with online social networking (Face Book, Twitter, YouTube).
Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficient with CRM software.
Knowledge and/or experience with web content management, web analytics and content management systems.
