Nobul is looking for an experienced Director of Product to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be creative and energetic and have the drive to succeed. This role has a generous base salary, full comprehensive benefits, education reimbursement, stock options, and the successful candidate will also receive massive bonuses based on reaching milestones. The total compensation for this role is $500K +.
Nobul is a very well-funded growth-stage company that believes in getting things done. The Director of Product will be capable of leading, inspiring and managing a team of Product Managers, UX/UI Leads and Analysts.
The ideal candidate will have successfully launched net new products into the marketplace. The Head of Product will be responsible for translating our customer feedback, market intelligence, corporate vision, and business strategy into immediate short and long-term product roadmaps.
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative leader. You will work closely with our development team to define and manage sprints; effectively communicating and working with software developers. Experience in agile development environments is highly-valued. The ability to clearly articulate ideas and motivate cross-functional teams is essential. Success will mainly be measured by the product’s conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning milestones around product usage and conversion rates
  • Collaboratively working with customer insights and research data to continuously refine our market landscape, define our segments, personas and strategy
  • Owning the long (6-24 month) and mid-term (2-6 month) product roadmaps
  • Proposing and prioritizing new and revised features and services
  • Generating and documenting product requirements and specifications through development, staging and production
  • Taking responsibility for delivery of quality, timelines and budgets
  • Working side-by-side with developers to ensure that implementation is aligned with strategy and consistent with customer expectations, best practices, etc.
  • Balancing difficult decisions and trade-offs surrounding new features, bug fixes, etc.
  • Tracking product usage, analyzing the results and drawing insights that can be incorporated into future iterations and designs
  • Staying on top of consumers, market trends and competitors
  • Acting on feedback from sales and service teams to ensure continuous improvement
  • Coaching, mentoring and providing guidance to Product Managers and Designers

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering or industrial design
  • Min. 5 - 10 years of experience working in product management and CX experience
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B marketplaces preferred
  • High proficiency with agile and innovation methods
  • The ability to use analytic and design tools would be highly-valued
  • Comfort and experience understanding data and software
  • Must be capable of leading, developing strategy and executing
