Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, Ipsos Public Affairs- Toronto, ON

Position Summary

Ipsos Public Affairs specializes in conducting public opinion, elite stakeholder, corporate, and media opinion research to help clients manage an issue, or advance their reputation.

As a Research Analyst in Ipsos Public Affairs, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of our research services and strategic insights to our clients. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate who is intellectually curious and has a passion for delivering actionable research-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members on all aspects of the research process from start to finish
  • Monitor project schedule and update senior team members on progress
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and internal departments to ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the study
  • Stay abreast of our key internal operations groups to enable and facilitate quality data collection (sampling, data collection and data processing)
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the research study life-cycle (data verification, finalizing questionnaires, assisting with client presentation and reports, etc.)
  • Assist in the development of reports and client deliverables
  • Support management and solve project issues as they arise

Ideal Candidate has the Following Skills & Experience

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree education level – Political Science, Marketing or Market Research Specialization an asset
  • 2+ years of market research experience an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
