Express Scripts Canada is embarking on a large-scale enterprise Agile transformation. We are currently looking for a Director, Agile Transformation to facilitate the adoption of Agile throughout the organization. The successful candidate is someone who embraces operating within an organization that is transforming rapidly.
You are a servant leader who is not afraid to roll up its sleeves and can quickly build relationships. You are a change agent with a proven record that strongly identifies with and embodies the spirit of the agile manifesto and its principles. You have been actively implementing agile methods such as Scrum for at least five years and are looking for a new environment, an opportunity where not everything is quite clear yet. You will be used to working in deadline-driven environments while supporting and growing successful agile teams that have shown continuous improvement within the constraints of the programs they deliver.
This is a 12 month contract position
