Admin Assistant and Data Entry Clerk Needed
We are currently looking for a hard working person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and will enjoy working as part of a team. The highest level of internal and external customer service will be presented at all times.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To enter data into our service database with speed and accuracy
- Compile, sort and verify data before it's entered and processed
- Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
- Respond to general enquiries in a timely manner
- Perform duties such as scanning, faxing, filing
- Maintain records ensuing files are updated
- Performing other duties as needed
Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Must have 1+ years data entry experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Enjoy new challenges and working in a fast-paced busy environment
