Enterprise Sales Executive At Explorance

Location: Montréal, Quebec

Job Description

Located in vibrant downtown Montreal, eXplorance is a rapidly growing software company recognized for its unique workplace culture. Currently, we are seeking a Sales Executive who thrives in a demanding, fast moving environment to join our dynamic team.

The Sales Professional is responsible for selling enterprise software to higher education institutions and organizations globally. Responsibilities also include achieving sales quotas and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of the sales cycle and collaborating with other team members (marketing, sales engineering etc.).

What you will do as our new Sales Executive

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers
  • Penetrate and develop major accounts and new prospects
  • Perform sales presentations to prospects
  • Negotiate contacts and close new business deals
  • Work closely with marketing and sales engineering and perform assessments to determine customer requirements
  • Present a thorough territory plan within 90 days
  • Set challenging goals, monitor progress, and make sure that results are achieved as planned
  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, webinars, and trade shows events

  • Qualification/Requirements
  • Must have 5+ years of solid enterprise software sales performance
  • Experience in cold calling is required
  • Must be very computer literate and internet savvy, be aware of diverse business software applications, operating systems, programming languages
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas
