This role focuses on 3 key pillars: Development, communications and management.
Your goal is simple, secure more funding to enable more youth to engage in the programs. With 5000 youth traveling annually for the last 15 years, seeing that number increase is a key metric in your success. In addition, you will have driven additional revenue beyond the government funding and have a clear pipeline for the next 3 years with prioritization on long term returns from the new ecosystem. You will demonstrate this through prospect/donor tracking software and be able to articulate the value proposition to foundations, commercial organizations and potential partners in a way that puts Experiences Canada at the top of their list when considering funding or program delivery..
