We are looking for a product manager for our Enterprise Services team to lead key workstreams for our Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP).


What You'll Do

  • Lead the platform strategy for the Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP) products including work to expand into new regions, support new lines of business, and modernize the TAAP technology stack
  • Develop a through a deep understanding of our customer needs in the Americas, EMEA, LATAM and APAC and ensure we remain in compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Act as the product owner in a fast-paced agile team and establish product vision, develop the roadmap, product scenarios, user stories, and backlog for your products in collaboration with your development team.
  • Engage and collaborate across the EPS product, analytics, sales, support, and other Expedia teams to prioritize product initiatives that align with our business strategy.
  • Present product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap briefings to customers, prospects, the sales and account management teams, and at other public events.
  • Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team to oversee the planning, development and launch throughout the full product life cycle.
  • Be close to the competition and understand our competitors’ strategies and product features.
  • Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, product launches and go-to-market strategies.


Who You Are

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to ramp up quickly and become an expert across our business.
  • A track record of innovation: you embrace creativity and have delivered innovative products in previous roles.
  • Enthusiasm and strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across the organization. Ability to push back or challenge partners in the organization while maintaining great relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate a vision and improvise and communicate ideas/positions on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment across several time zones. You are a person energized by maintaining focus on key business goals and ability to deliver on a plan with constrained resources.
  • Real passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us.
  • Past product management or management consulting experience highly desirable
