Expedia Media Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager. As the advertising division within Expedia Group, we offer our marketing partners advertising solutions to reach the Expedia Group audience.

As part of the Global Account Management team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our medium- to large-sized accounts primarily running post-sales activities for assigned accounts in the EMEA region.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Clients and other team members for campaign creative and production strategy
  • You will lead the end-to-end campaign strategy production for medium - to large-tier clients' accounts in your assigned region
  • Communicate creative specifications, provide clear timelines and set appropriate expectations to ensure the successful launch of advertising campaigns.
  • You will support the team with campaign specific and functional tasks including, but not limited to creative production, troubleshooting, IO revisions, campaign reporting and billing
  • Coordinate inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling activities with technical ad operations team
  • You will consistently meet or exceed KPIs established for the team, ensuring consistent delivery against quality and productivity standards
  • Actively participate in projects to improve operational efficiency
  • You will meet tight deadlines and target for zero errors in campaign delivery

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years previous experience including campaign/partnership management
  • You have proven ability to work independently and the handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Have strong relationship building skills and the ability to set expectations
  • You desire meeting – and beating – deadlines
  • Have attention to detail, diligence and follow-through
  • You are a creative problem solver and an effective time manager
  • You recognize that close teamwork and cross-departmental coordination is a key for success
  • You excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment
