The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Bayer is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative (TSR) for the Canada and US Protected Culture Vegetable business who will provide technical support and deliver on sales goals. Our protected culture customers expect a very high level of technical aptitude and support from their sales reps. It is critical, for the success of this sales rep, to have very strong Protected Culture / greenhouse experience.You will focus on conducting new variety trials and strengthening relationships with current growers and customers who use De Ruiter vegetable seed brandedtomato, pepper, and cucumber.
Along with the rest of the DeRuiter team, this role will be based in Leamington, Ontario. The TSR will have primary responsibility for sales in Western Canada, and will also cover some accounts in Leamington and the US.
This would be a great opportunity for someone with strong green house tech and management background with a desire to move into a territory sales role.
