The senior A/P manager will be working for a fast-paced investment real estate company as well as a property management company. The ideal candidate will be organized, a quick learner, and able to multitask. The ideal candidate will be quick and efficient but without sacrificing attention to detail. You must be a dependable self-starter capable of working with little supervision once you have been trained.
Duties include (but not limited to)
Bill Pay for multiple companies
Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Accounts receivable duties (minimal)
Manage profit/loss sheet
Manage small warehouse inventory
Yearly 1099 & W-9 paperwork in conjunction with offsite tax accountant
Reconcile multiple company credit cards & receipts
Oversee company purchases and check for fraud/theft
Oversee files for all properties
Prepare monthly statements for property management owners
Keep excel checkbook up-to-date with daily transactions
Excellent Excel skills are a MUST to succeed at this position.
Quickbooks and Appfolio are the other two software programs that are used.

Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
College degree in accounting preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years as a A/P Manager or similar
Previous experience with real estate, property management or construction preferred
Salary Range $45,000-$65,000
PTO available after 90 day probation period
Must submit to background check, driving history and drug test
