This locally based family owned flooring distribution business is seeking a Customer Service Digital expert!
Reporting to the CFO and A&D Rep the CSR Team Leader is the customer service and digital marketing expert a sharing knowledge with the rest of the staff so they can become experts too! The key focus is to support the Sales Representatives and management team with daily tasks and achieving sales targets.
A typical day will also include the following:
- Ensuring that customer service standards are met and maintained;
- Representing the brand by providing in depth product and promotion information;
- Being customer driven; you go out of your way to satisfy your customers and make them smile.
- You like design and are comfortable working with end users and architects and designers..
- You're results driven and you can rally the team.
- You have prior experience with customer service, preferably in a retail setting.
- You enjoy working trade shows and interacting with others in the field.
- You're flexible and don't mind working some evening and weekends...as long as you're working with fun people
Other Job duties include but are not limited to:
- understanding the order desk process in order to provide back up support
- accurately enter sales orders - ensuring pricing is correct
- provide customers with product information and understand their needs
- help resolve any customer related issues
- Provide samples and fill requests for sales reps
- Attend trade shows and represent the company at business events
- Manage the twitter, Facebook and digital marketing platforms
- Understand the websites and ensure they are up to date
- Be aware of market opportunities and ensure a presence is there
Position is based on Mitchell Island which does not offer public transport so own transportation is important.
