The Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations will be responsible for supporting the US Sales and Marketing teams with customer pricing, contract Request for Proposal (RFPs), customer business reviews (CBRs), Field sales/KPI reporting, consignment inventory analysis and CRM platform expertise. The Senior Analyst will work closely with US Advanced Surgery Field Sales/Management, Marketing and Consignment teams as well as Baxter’s functional partners in Contracts, Incentive Compensation and Knowledge Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pricing exception (Deal Sheet) review, analysis and approval RFP cross reference and response preparation Customer business review (CBR), BVP calculator and presentation development Monthly KPI and highlight presentation development for Senior Management Monthly and daily % to quota reporting for Sales VP and Area Directors Business lead for CRM system reporting, maintenance, enhancement and training regarding BOOST Sales, Boost Analytics, IQ2020 and Cognos Assist with the overall management of consignment inventory and analysis including:Reconciliation processes Reporting (inventory statements, discrepancies, compliance, consignment metrics) and ad hoc analysis Analyze inventory levels in different consignment locations Annual quota and territory alignment support and analysis Ad hoc analysis for Field Sales and Marketing teams as required Qualifications: Strong results orientation and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and organization skills. Bachelor's degree required with three to five years experience in Marketing, Contracts or Commercial team support; health-care/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
