We’re looking for team members who are motivated to learn, grow and innovate, while making a meaningful difference for millions of people around the world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0h_0ih8MgQ - Prepare payment for Intercompany affiliates, triangular billings, Intercompany Mandates and other related. - Request bank approvals for all the disbursements processed. - Prepare any other payment that cannot be included as part of the regular Intercompany payments (loans, netting and non-netting). - Review any system error with GFAM and ARO teams and perform any required testing. - Review open Intercompany AP transactions in bank statements and/or Open Payable and provide follow up and resolution. - Book journal entries related to bank adjustments, bank transfers, foreign currency purchases and document them into Blackline. - Provide customer service to Intercompany affiliates, internal customers and Baxter employees. - Mandates prepayment follow up and closure in JDE affiliates. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management. - Ensure all services provided are complying with current SLA’s. - Ensure S-Ox Compliance. - Assistin any audit process as required. - Analyze and document Financial Statement variations and outstanding aged items. - Prepare and participate in Balance Sheet Review every quarter - Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies. - Drive and /or participate in projects related to improvements initiatives for processes. - Prepare any metric report for management and others when requested Requirements Academic requirements · Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Admin or Finance Experience · Minimum 2 year in similar positions Needed Skills · Upper to intermediate Excel · Problem solving and Courage · Simplicity and Collaboration · Team work and Customer Focus · Uncompromising dedication to quality and speed · Eagerness to learn and continuously improve · Good interpersonal relationships. · Speed & Simplicity for managing processes and issue resolutions.
