Accounting Analyst, Intercompany At Baxters

We’re looking for team members who are motivated to learn, grow and innovate, while making a meaningful difference for millions of people around the world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0h_0ih8MgQ - Perform accurate and on time the invoice processing of all those Intercompany invoices, received via SharePoint or email (included PO and non PO). - Analysis of Intercompany variances to ensure balances across US entities are tied out. - Shared responsibility with the Inventory analyst, to analyze the unmatched accounts to make sure aging ranges are reasonable and not >90 days. - Download sales reporting in order to process and control the invoices issued to Baxter entities (US and Puerto Rico Manufacturing plants, Gambro, Dominican Republic, as well as the inventory purchases done in LE1001 and LE1004). - Process and Troubleshoot all import expenses and invoices - Perform data entry PO and Non PO invoices for Latin America countries. - Provides support in projects and Special Services activities - Prepare routine correspondence and reports when required - Drive improvements initiatives for implemented processes. - Comply with the daily invoice quota or with the minimum established by the supervisor. - Ensure all data processing services provided are complying with SLA’s. - Comply with S-Ox requirements - Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management Scope The person in charge of this role is requested to maintain and comply all the invoice bookings appropriately in the Intercompany Accounts payable module, ensuring quality and high accuracy aligned to Sox requirements. Will also require pro-activeness, strong attention to details, analysis, perception capacity and being “Team minded” are essential. This role is required to be in a position of continuous improvement state to make proposals to the process and reach effectiveness and efficiency through the time. Requirements Academic requirements · Bachelor degree in business administration or public accounting career.
