Sr. Manager-Marketing At Baxter International

The role is responsible for all aspects of pricing and deal leadership working directly with our sales organization, legal and contracts team. Additionally, the role is expected to provide end-to-end analytical support and deal reporting to ensure sales-driven performance aligns with strategic commercial goals and objectives. The role will support all areas of the U.S. Renal business including, but not limited to, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis, and Acute.


Thorough and accurate in all aspects of deal analysis related to pricing, volume, commitment levels, and total revenue/profit for Baxter Mastery understanding of the U.S. Renal business, products and customers to drive for maximum value-creation for Baxter Able to determine relevant trade-off and negotiation elements, analyze key matters and drive business to a decision through clear, concise and compelling recommendations to our sales organization and commercial leadership Assist contract and legal teams in developing customer contracts while also maintaining oversight of entire agreement to ensure alignment with commercial objectives Deal reporting for sales organization tying outcomes to actual P&L performance by working closely with Finance and Knowledge Management teams Key partner to our product marketing teams to carry out targeting and pricing goals and priorities Postmortem on deals to establish best in class guidelines for broader sharing with the entire sales organization and to improve overall win percentage & profit:

Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred or at least five years of professional experience; health-care/pharma industry experience is a benefit. Experience in a downstream marketing organization is a must along with background in a highly-ambiguous but analytical work environment.
