This person will be the product marketing lead for new developments of U.S. Renal customer-facing digital platforms. Baxter and its dialysis customers need greater access to actionable information and insights that can help with operational changes that drive greater efficiency and economic value. This role will work to unify various aspects of Baxter’s data capabilities to build and commercialize a scalable platform for use by customers across the U.S.
This role is expected to deeply understand the way that dialysis providers in the U.S. operate and to identify needs around data aggregation and insights to drive positive improvements at the clinic and customer level. Utilizing Baxter’s robust database at the account level through various systems such as ERP, CRM and various customer service tools, users should gain a more comprehensive view of all operational and transactional activities with Baxter through the creation of a new digital platform. The position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, a sharp attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company. Candidate must have excellent organization skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while applying sound judgment and business acumen. A strong working knowledge of SalesForce, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word as well as experience with enterprise systems such as J.D. Edwards
