Lead Developer, Dynamics CRM At Bath Fitter CA

Location: Saint-Eustache, Quebec

Job Description

The Dynamics CRM Lead Developer is an important element of the solutions elaboration team for Dynamics CRM and is mainly responsible for the architecture and the implementation of these solutions. They are responsible for analyzing the functional needs of our users and for working to customize the software, in collaboration with the development team, in order to meet different needs. Bath Fitter uses Dynamics for their development platform; it is the central part of an ecosystem of computer solutions supporting our franchises.

Tasks and Responsabilities

  • Propose and document functional solutions;
  • Participate in the Agile development cycle of Dynamics CRM and systems revolving around it;
  • Actively collaborate with customizing the Dynamics CRM application;
  • Supervise the development of the identified solutions;
  • Analyze, document, test and support the Dynamics CRM components;
  • Assist other work teams during data migrations, integrations and interfacings with existing systems;
  • Ensure the use of proper customizing practices for Dynamics CRM;
  • Validate the portability of developed components by the development team so they can support future updates;
  • Understand business processes and the users' day-to-day reality in order to suggest systems improvements and optimizations;
  • Participate and assist in analyzing business needs;
  • Develop/Review functional tests;
  • Offer technical support during production launches and post-implementation;
  • Configure the workflow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or the equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in IT and a minimum of 2 years' experience with Dynamics CRM.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
  • Experience in the implementation and evolution of customer relations management systems (CRM).
  • 1 to 2 years in development team coordination, an asset.
  • Experience in project management, an asset.
  • Field experience in Agile development methodologies, an asset

  • Advanced analytical skills and capacity for synthesizing

  • Autonomous, sense of initiative and a high sense of organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills and excellent communication skills for both oral and written English and French
  • Leadership and aptitude for team work
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software in a sales process context.
  • Experience in programming Microsoft. NET, C#, SQL, HTML, XML, Java Scripts, JQuery, ODATA, JSON, PowerShell and Web services, a strong asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, an asset.
