To support our Ontario customer base, we have an amazing opportunity to join our intimate team as a Sales & Business Administrator to work in tandem with the principals ensuring that all sales & business operations are being managed with the highest efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing sales & administration processes with an aptitude and attention to detail for all aspects of a business. Preference will be given to the candidate that can demonstrate success working in a similar role in a B2B/B2C sales organization.
Role requirements: Sales and Customer Support manage customer interactions after the sale * Schedule and supervise delivery process and drivers * Daily/weekly organization of sales orders and invoices * identifying and reporting inventory status/availability * maintaining product information * Sales trend analysis for enhanced product ordering/shipping and planning and profitability * Weekly accounts receivable and customer receipt review * Servicing customer inventory levels via regular phone communication * Maintain office organization and orderliness * Full understanding of sales process including the ability to screen a sales call when needed
What you will bring: Minimum 10 yrs Office/Sales administration and/or management and a steady work history Strong communication skills (English) oral and written. Business degree, college diploma in business administration (or equivalent), bookkeeping certificate. Driver's license and the ability to lift 20kg are required. Strong customer facing skills is a must. Basic wine knowledge and an interest in wine will be considered an asset. Flair for marketing, social media engagement for business promotion is an advantage. High degree of accuracy and thoroughness. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong MS Word and Excel (Reports/Graphs, Pivot tables), CRM, Database, Mac OS. Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately. Logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans and drive process to successful Implementation. Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve and be solution driven.
