We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator at our corporate office in New York, NY. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in developing and executing the seasonal marketing strategies, vendor marketing, partnerships, customer acquisition, and reactivation programs, as well as manage elements of the Marketing budget.
Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop strategic marketing plans and execute plan details
Manage the asset needs for each campaign and ensure all cross-functional teams are aligned
Collaborate with all departments (merchants, press, events, web, etc.) to create comprehensive vendor proposals and timelines; manage and track deliverables and recaps
Maintain and further develop existing partnerships and identify new partnership opportunities to drive new customer engagement, manage all details of program execution
Analyze and report on promotional programs and/or customer acquisition results
Support the team in the marketing and social media account for proprietary brands, develop programs and execute from start to finish including but not limited to scheduling social shoots, developing collateral, and reporting on results
Assist with budget management
Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience
Ability to work c ross-functionally and proficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
