Product Management/ Sales Facilitator
Barclay is a major player in the New Jersey & New York market for Fleet Services & Warehouse Solutions: Total Fleet Management, all classes of forklift trucks, storage systems, mezzanines/in-plant offices, a broad and extensive rental fleet, scissor lifts, service contracts, & replacement parts for all brands. We also offer a full range of safety training and OSHA compliance training.
Your challenge is to facilitate sales growth and profitability within the new equipment and warehouse products areas. This involves working closely with the VP of Sales and sales team to uncover opportunities and develop strategies that will increase equipment and warehouse products sales. Through close management of the inventory and internal coordinating team, you will work to streamline efficiencies in the sales process, maximize gross profit and secure overall customer satisfaction. You must be self-driven, have a strong work ethic, and be team oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Manage internal sales coordinators. Prepare monthly sales reports. Equipment Inventory Management. Work with VP Sales to develop sales incentive programs, coordinate sales meetings and training. Take lead for NOVO, OEM's equipment quote software. Work with salesforce to maintain, update, and further develop company (CRM) database for effective direct mail & e-mail campaigns. Work with marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions. Business development through phone, e-mail and customer interaction. Create Posts for Corporate LinkedIn account. A high degree of creativity, follow up/follow through and commitment to success is expected.
