National Accounts is responsible for growing the strategic relationships, the management and representation of Head Office relationships in the distribution network of B2B Bank. National Accounts ensures B2B is viewed as a strategic alliance for our clients in the delivery of lending, investment, self-directed and banking solutions, and acts as the client's advocate within the B2B distribution channels to ensure the relationship is operating at an efficient and profitable level. The Assistant Vice President will lead a team of senior sales professionals that are the cornerstone of our growth strategy. The National Accounts team will lead the sales efforts by establishing strong relationships with our target markets. They are responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, coverage structure, relationships and partnerships, establishing distribution contracts and partnership agreements of the distribution channel programs. In addition to leading the team, the incumbent will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Centres of Influence (COI) within distributions channels. This includes executive management of any of the Distribution Partners, leads for Fund and Insurance Companies, industry consultants, regulators and other individuals that control or influence the industry.
