Summary: This role will work with department members to support overall marketing production including: Creative print, web and email design, Task management, budget, fulfillment, vendor management and tracking. Manages projects within department budget as set by the SVP, Corporate Marketing. Collects information and prepares department reports as directed. Maintains and develops intranet content via SharePoint as well as content development and maintenance of external communications channels including BankFinancial’s website, video, social media channels (as adopted). Serves as backup for Commercial rate updates, CRM, and DocuSign.
Assists in providing and designing creative concepts for all business lines.
Translates approved marketing concepts into marketing deliverables based on direction from department management.
Manages all elements of production work including:
Deployment of campaign materials via print, email, or web
Direct mail quotes, list management, and vendor fulfillment
Scoping of video projects, including: script development, storyboarding, on-site management of shoot, editing and deployment on website/You Tube
Scopes and manages photography assignments
Develops and manages content for statement system and on-hold messaging channels including: graphics, scripting, uploads, etc.
Develops and manages cross sales initiatives for website including graphics, landing pages, links, etc.
Develops and manages marketing kit support of events, trade shows, etc.
Develops and manages online materials library for all lines of business.
Supports digital display signage installation, maintenance and updates.
Works to increase department efficiency in production and fulfillment.
Maintains and updates Print On Demand libraries for sales support.
Manages Marketing Calendar and assists with production of: notices and mailings, including yearly Privacy Notice mailings and other Customer legal notices, cross-sell initiatives and prospect mailings throughout the year.
Manages workflow as assigned by department managers to efficiently translate direction/vision into timely deliverables: Letters, posters, flyers, banners, website content, seminar packages, sales materials, calling scripts, etc.
Manages all incoming Tasks including Charitable Requests.
Provides primary research to evaluate marketing channels in order for management to make recommendation.
Develops tracking mechanisms and standardized reporting for initiatives and channels including website. Reports results and best practices
Manages online and offline ad trafficking using approved creative.
Serves as lead for updates to internal SharePoint marketing site.
Reviews web traffic via Google Analytics and makes recommendations to increase visits and usage of the site.
Monitors SiteImprove reporting and updates site errors.
Monitors and reports Social Media mentions of BFIN.
Manages all video and photography projects.

Forms and Communications Docs
13. Assists with holding company Press Releases and provide support for ongoing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; plus at least three years strategic marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing plans.
Experience maintaining and enhancing SharePoint based sites.
Web design and Social Media experience a plus.
