In addition, FIS manages complex data processing and reporting systems, and provides guidance and implements initiatives to support the relevance, coherence, accuracy and interpretability of these data and statistics.

You will ensure the FIS technical systems required for processing, analysis, and reporting are efficient, resilient, and evergreened to meet evolving business requirements. Further, you will have a lead role in the relationships with partner agencies and international agencies to support the Bank in managing its data collection and external reporting requirements.

Finally, you provide advice to senior management on the use and interpretability of data, approaches to compilation of statistics and participation in domestic and international data initiatives. You bring experience working with data that feeds economic analysis and research, and have demonstrated ability to rapidly build an understanding of new types of data, and applying that understanding to enhancing the management and reporting of that data.

You create a healthy work environment for the team, build employees’ capabilities, support their professional development, and enable them to optimize their contributions. You have excellent communication skills, you adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, and you plan, organize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently within tight time frames while setting and managing client expectations and delivering on commitments.
