Ready for that next step? Advocate Construction is currently seeking motivated and career-focused Territory Sales Representatives to join our industry leading sales team! We specialize in storm restoration for roofing, siding and gutters in Chicago and the metro areas. Our company has grown every year and we are now in 5 states, including Milwaukee, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Michigan. We are backed by the BBB, with an A+ rating and are looking for hard working individuals to grow our Chicago team and their careers.


What do we do at Advocate Construction? Our Territory Sales Representatives help homeowners and the community with storm recovery. Our team works in local storm-affected areas to inspect and inform homeowners of potential exterior damage, and bring homes back to pre-storm condition. All our work goes through insurance, so the homeowner rarely pays anything out of pocket.

Requirements

  • Strong self-starter with a passion and drive to succeed
  • Walk new clients through the insurance claims process and explain step by step details about the process of getting their work completed
  • Willingness to learn the “Advocate Way”
  • Actively pursue residential restoration sales in neighborhoods damaged by storms
  • Independent nature, self‐disciplined, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
  • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and be able to climb ladder to inspect roofing and gutters
