Job Title: Territory Assistant Sales Manager in Training

Office Location: Glendale Heights, IL

Reports To: Sales Manager

Status: W-2, Full Time

About Advocate Construction:

We are a locally owned construction company who specializes in the replacing of roofs, gutters, and sidings that have been damaged by storms. We offer our services to homeowners who have storm damage and guide them through the insurance claim process. We remove the burden on the homeowners by managing the entire process for them to ensure it is seamless from start to finish. Because of this, homeowners rarely pay anything out of pocket- at most they pay a small deductible.

Advocate Construction is looking for the right individuals who have a desire to earn a good living, work a flexible schedule and provide long term income for yourself or your family. You can make a huge impact on your future by educating, advising and servicing customers to bring their homes back to pre-storm conditions.

This position is a territory based, outside sales role, with opportunity for rapid advancement to a Sales Manager position.

Regardless of college major or professional experience, 100% of our Managers start out as Sales Representatives. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.

Requirements

  • Canvas assigned territories daily meeting with homeowners’ face to face
  • Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage
  • Guide homeowners through their insurance claim process
  • Schedule follow up appointments with homeowners
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the job
  • Must be able to self-generate leads
  • Must have access or able to access a pick-up truck (monthly truck allowance provided)
