Customer Success Onboarding Coordinator At Advisor Websites

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

The Customer Success Coordinator is a full time opportunity at Advisor Websites. As the main point of contact, you'll be a liaison between the clients and our web design team, as we build them beautiful, professional, and responsive websites. This role has the support of our skilled web development team, but experience with HTML and CSS is a bonus.

Advisor Websites is a fast growing company and are looking for a team member who is good with change, quick to adapt, and eager to grow with us!

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the voice of Advisor Websites for all new clients
  • Guide our clients through the website setup process
  • Evenly distribute tasks to our web design team
  • Manage all client communication through email/phone meetings
  • Provide timelines and regular updates for our clients during the development of their websites

About You:

  • Experience using a CMS (Drupal/Wordpress Etc)
  • You love being on the phone and engaging with clients
  • You've worked and thrived in a goal driven environment
  • You have a project management mentality towards organization and task prioritization
  • Passionate about the web, technology, and a great team player
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • HTML & CSS experience is a bonus
