* Minimum 2 years Travel Industry experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage client files and carry out functions of billing and administration.
* A passion for travel (past travel history that includes unusual destinations would be an asset).
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable in a web-based environment.
