Senior Account Executive At 3PM Solutions

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

We are looking for a self starter, who has account management experience working with Fortune 500 brands in ecommerce or brand management. Our primary objective is high client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with many of the largest brands in the world to ensure they are receiving value from their investment in 3PM Solutions and look for opportunities to drive greater client adoption and expand our services.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusting advisor relationship that works to ensure clients overall satisfaction with our product and services.
  • Manage the building of strategic account plans for each client account including on-boarding, client success plans, negotiate renewals and quarterly account analysis.
  • Provide dynamic leadership to build, develop and manage the account management team that is capable of growing the company and carrying out strategic initiatives.
  • Manage all primary client communication and resolve escalations.

Requirements

Required Skills / Experience

  • 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in brand management, eCommerce or direct to consumer channels.
  • Clearly demonstrates exceptional business acumen, strong analytical, financial, and quantitative and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on the strategic vision and effectively inspire, develop and lead a team.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to make decisions and collaborate across the business.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Outreach or similar solutions.

Benefits

$70,000+ bonus.

OTE: $85,000
