Design a modern, aesthetically pleasing User Interface that compliments workflow and that is easy to use
Evaluate new technologies and software components / products to determine feasibility and desirability
of incorporating their capabilities into the Company's products.
Develop and Provide guidance and mentoring on Delphi, C#, SQL Server and Oracle Databases
Desired Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience building world class, visually stunning applications for Windows
Extensive experience as a key User Interface designer for desktop software and e-commerce/web
applications
Understanding of product development best practices, lean, agile teams, quality process, and good
judgment for trade-off decisions
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills suitable for communication to all levels.
Knowledge in PL/SQL, Transact-SQL writing stored procedures, table schemas, views and more
Delphi / C# language skills with multiple years building highly visual applications and components
Knowledge and experience with any of the following platforms HTML5, FireMonkey, MVC
Competency in ER diagram modeling using tools such as ERwin, Visio or others
