Marketing Associate At 3DEO

Based in Los Angeles, 3DEO's breakthrough Intelligent Layering(r) technology unlocks high-volume metal 3D printing by drastically reducing final part cost. Despite the low cost, our parts meet the high industry benchmark MPIF Standard 35 while still achieving tight tolerances and an industry leading surface finish. Intelligent Layering(r) opens metal 3D printing to most of the industries that can't afford today's expensive options.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and innovative individual that's looking to make an impact in fast-paced environment. The 3DEO sales team is a high-performance group that has recently experienced a large increase in the number of purchase orders received. To keep pace with this exciting growth, 3DEO is looking to hire an extremely detail oriented individual who can keep the team focused and organized by executing on a variety of sales and marketing operations processes. This is a full-time position and each employee at 3DEO receives stock options -- we believe in wealth creation for all team members.

The Marketing Associatewill work directly with the members of the sales and marketing team to ensure all sales processes are being followed and to facilitate a world-class experience for our customers.

Specifically, the Marketing Associate will:

• Plan and execute all aspects of 3DEO's marketing plan, including public relations, CRM management, advertising, and inbound strategy.
• Create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Implement, document and follow sales processes, infrastructure and tools; this will enable sales success, smooth collaboration with the sales team and clear visibility into sales performance.
• Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluation of new tools
• Manage the outreach campaign for VIP customers and ensure appropriate actions are being followed.
• Maintain marketing and sales policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
• Identify and eliminate marketing and sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

An undergraduate degree is required and a master's degree is a plus. The marketing associate will preferably have 0-2 years of experience, including:

• Demonstrated success in sales operations, business operations or similar role.
• High level of proficiency in customer resource management (CRM) software, bonus points for knowledge of Hubspot.
• Familiar with sales metrics and process must enjoy working with sales tools to improve the performance of the team.
• Adept at utilizing software organizational tools such as Google Drive
• Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organization.
• Thorough and exacting in attention to detail, excellent listening skills and strong analytical skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
