3D Media Experiential Agency is a full-service event-planning agency. We produce & manage on site promotions at trade shows & corporate events throughout the country. Our company has been successfully in business for over twenty years.
Available Position:
We're looking to hire a part-time operations coordinator to manage pre-event logistics and deliverables for trade shows & events.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day operations, deliverables & budget of events
- Develop and manage event timelines including effective communications of pre-event & on-site plans
- Oversee email & phone communication with clients & vendors
- Source and manage event logistic communication with event vendors
- Pre-event planning and logistics plus post show reports
- Develop and update databases, timelines, and spreadsheets for events
- Research products and vendors
- Assist with on-site event production
- Hire event staff
- Event budget tracking
- Assisting with day-to-day office duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong ability to communicate verbally & in written form
- Self motivated (doesn't wait around to be told what to do next)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Mac, Excel, Word and Power point
- Tech & Social Media savvy
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning & coordination at trade shows or related experience
- Outgoing, welcoming and professional demeanor always a plus
Job Type: Part-time, 30 hours a week
Salary: $25.00 -$30.00/hour
Office Location: Pacifica, CA - option to work from home
