Job description:

3C Contact Services Inc. is looking for a contact center representative to join our team in Vaughan! You will be responsible for answering inbound calls or emails on general inquiries/complaints, billing related issues, refunds, returns, retention etc. You will also be making outbound calls contacting warm leads on behalf of our clients in real estate, insurance, media marketing and any more industries across Canada and USA to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming customer phone calls and emails within quality standards
• Contact various internal departments on a daily basis to clarify information, seek guidance and gather information to respond to customer inquiries
• Cross sell appropriate products or services where necessary
• Upsell existing customers to more comprehensive service packages.
• Know how to project a smile over the phone.
• Commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
• Be informed and educated about products and promotions.
• Be a team player.
• Document or log new case or updated existing cases in CRM applications

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as in customer facing role or as a sales associate.
• Proven sales track record Excellent phone manner, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of effective sales techniques and quality customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
