Job Description
We are 393 NYC, an immersive digital event space in Tribeca specializing in fashion, fine art, and technology events. The Assistant Event Space Manager will carry out the day to day functions of running a high paced and ever-changing space. This is will include responding to customer inquiries, conducting walkthroughs, negotiations & deal-making, organizing schedules, liaising with vendors, managing client deliverables and facilitating new business initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Scheduling and conducting walkthroughs with potential clients
- Negotiations
- Creating proposals, invoices, contracts
- Organizing lead lists and researching targets
- Creating business partnerships
- Regular updates of marketing collateral to support sales initiatives
Client Relations
- Liaising with clients for the timely delivery of assets
- Sourcing vendors & contracting production work
- Scheduling event staff & delegating clear tasks
- Assisting with client needs on the day of the event
Operations
- Creating new systems for sales & client management
- Updating and organizing internal documents & drives
- Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications
- Attention to detail & organization
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales and/or business
development experience required
- Project/event management experience required
- Proficiency in Keynote, Adobe programs a plus
- Google apps proficiency required
6-month contract position with the opportunity for full-time at the end of the term.
