Technical Account Manager At 360insights

Location: Whitby, Ontario

Job Description

Position Summary

The Technical Account Manager is tasked with driving client success with the current client solution while setting the stage for a successful migration to 360's core platform over 12-18 months

Responsibilities

Product Ownership for a Complex Client Solution

Business Leadership for a Major Technical Migration

Technical Account Management for a Large, Strategic Client
