Product Manager At 360insights

Location: Whitby, Ontario

Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Data & Insights team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering insights to our clients through data analysis as well as for the development and testing of quantitative models for business problems such as forecasting and ROI analysis.

Position

As part of the Product team, the Product Manager will work closely with one of our largest customers, with a focus on migration and client service

Responsibilities
  • Apply business and product acumen to understand the business priorities of 360Insights and its customers
  • Gain a deep understanding of our largest customer’s product and document its capabilities, features and functionality
  • Manage requests for enhancements to the product and understand the evolving needs of the customer
  • Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, estimates, and client commitments and expectations
  • Become a subject matter expert and product lead for one large customer
  • Stay connected to the capabilities of the main platform, its roadmap, and conduct gap analysis (highlighting the gaps between the customized product and main platform)
  • Lead the migration from the client’s customized product to the main platform. Define and manage migration timing and manage team members involved in the migration.
  • Monitor and plan for client adoption and satisfaction on new platform

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Account Management
  • Prior experience working on a large technical migration project
  • Experience in the role of Product Owner
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong client service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience working directly in a client facing role solving complex technical problems
  • Success working in a fast-moving technology company environment, preferably Enterprise SaaS
  • A strong understanding of users and how technology changes impact them
