Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Client Program Services team to support the 360 online marketing strategy and digital marketing campaign requirements of its clients by utilizing techniques such as email marketing, social media and web analytics.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage social and email marketing plans ;
Reviewing external digital content such as web pages and marketing emails (links, spelling, design, etc.) to ensure they meet corporate standards;
Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design;
Monitor, engage and provide performance reporting on B2B and B2C social channels for the purpose of engaging with audiences e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook;
Analyze keyword phrases and research terms in conversations and content;
Engage with internal teams through formal updates and informal conversations; and
Update weekly / monthly dashboard reports.
Position Requirements
2+ years digital marketing experience
Knowledge in key areas of marketing (email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC and SEM)
Excellent in oral and written communication
Ability to work within tight and dynamic deadlines
Ability to create and implement a digital marketing strategy
Solid understanding of social media marketing and email campaigns
Skill Requirements
Certification with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies, innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
Hands-on experience in use of Social Media channels
Proficiency in CSS, HTML, Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
Knowledge of WordPress a plus (Ability to load content, tag/upload images, insert titles, include links, embed videos)
