360i is looking for a Coordinator for the amazing Influencer & PR team. The Influencer Marketing & consumer PR department works as a highly collaborative team that specializes in driving credible word-of-mouth and presenting innovative and impactful approaches to partnering with today’s influencers (from bloggers to Instagrammers and YouTube personalities). We also do traditonal consumer PR for many of our clients.
We are looking for a curious, creative thinker who is a natural relationship builder. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and deep knowledge of the influencer marketing space. Key responsibilities include developing thoughtful responses to briefs and RFPs, identifying and partnering with influencers and managing projects from start to finish.
This candidate will likely start working on one brand in the Fashion space but the team works across a variety of brands including but not limited to Absolut, Nespresso, Kellogs, Canon, Jameson, New Orleans Board of Tourism & More.
Relationship Building and Outreach
A significant part of this role is recommending influencer partners for our clients. You know how to build relationships with established and up-and-coming talent. You obsessively vet partners to make sure they’re the perfect fit for your brand, and influencers love working with you. Plus, you have experience and an eye for details: drafting contracts, negotiating fees, etc.
A portion of this job will be creating recommendations on not just who to work with but how to work with them. You’ll work with strategy and creative teams to come up with brilliant ideas that make for amazing content and talk-worthy campaigns. Excellent writing skills are a must.
Cultural Explorer + Advisor
As part of this role, you’ll be acting as a strategic advisor for both clients and internal partners. You’re culturally attuned and have you ear to the ground about what people are buzzing about. You’re naturally curious and know how to uncover emerging trends and influential talent across verticals. You went to that cool underground show none of us heard about last week. You know when it’s right to work with big name social celebrities or that cool artist that’s making waves on Tumblr. And most importantly: you’re skilled in translating your knowledge into compelling stories and exciting look books.
This job requires a lot of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects all the way through. You should have experience in project management, tracking towards and measuring success, and optimization of influencer campaigns.
You’re comfortable working with different departments. As part of this role, you’ll work with strategy, creative, social marketing, media and other disciplines. You speak up in meetings, comfortable presenting, and are always down for a brainstorm.
