The Account Manager is the day-to-day lead with both clients and internal teams, supporting the management of paid media (SEM, Display, Paid Social) programs and teams. This person must be organized, well-spoken, an d have leadership qualities which translate into the ability to manage projects to meet client needs. This person will oversee projects from beginning to end and must do so without losing sight of bigger picture.
Responsibilities:

Lead client meetings and day-to-day client and internal communications

Own day-to-day project management and able to provide clear, concise direction to all team members

Identify workflow efficiencies and enhancements for internal team and client

Act as a gatekeeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk

Oversee cross-functional process and identify best utilization of team resources

Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to multi-task and handle management of multiple projects at once

Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a multi-disciplined team

Able to manage client requests and push back with sound rationale when necessary

Demonstrates a strong understanding of the client’s business beyond campaign objectives; Applies understanding of online customer behavior into immediate and long-term strategic recommendations

Leads brainstorming efforts and process optimization
Qualifications:
-
BA/BS in marketing or related field with 2-3 years of account management in a digital environment, or similar years in paid media and/or digital analytics with a client facing role

Familiarity with Paid Media is a must with a basic understanding of all digital media disciplines including paid, owned, and earned

Experience in the Finance vertical preferred, but not required

Base knowledge of web analytics, media technology, test & learn strategies

Clear understanding of media optimization techniques and performance analysis of digital media, and the ability to communicate these in writing and in presentations.

Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills with the ability to craft appropriate strategies, develop presentations, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation
Demonstrates passion for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of search, display, mobile and social media -
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
