Junior Building Operator - Vancouver At 360 Recruitment Solutions Inc

We are working with a Vancouver based developer to find a Junior Building Operator for one of their high profile buildings in Vancouver. The company owns and manages a number of commercial properties in the Lower Mainland which includes a range of retail, commercial and industrial properties. They are building their operations team at this mixed use property and are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for their job to join the Operations Team to ensure the building is running smoothly, maintained to an excellent standard and tenant satisfaction is high.

You Will:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as graffiti removal, pressure washing, painting and cleaning
• Perform daily building and mechanical checks and preventative maintenance to ensure the building is in excellent working order
• Work with tenants to resolve any issues and build strong business relationships
• Assist contractors and tenants as required
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks
• Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when required
• Perform other duties as requested

You Have:

• Training or education in building operations, which would be an asset
• At least 1 years' experience in operating commercial buildings
• Outstanding customer service, relationship building and communication skills
• A great eye for detail and proactively noticing when issues may occur
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
