360 Home Connect is a quick and easy service that connects clients, who are moving into a new home, to all service providers in their area, free of charge. Instead of waiting on hold, going through multiple prompts, and hours of research, we assign our clients a dedicated consultant who sets everything up in one call.

We are looking to fill 2 open positions of Inside sales representative (consultant). This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 10am-6pm. There are no Part Time positions available or positions outside of those hours.

Roles of the consultant position:

• You will be assigned clients to help assist them with their new move. You will not have to generate clients yourself, they will be provided to you.
• Guide clients through the available options at their new home and set connection/installation dates with the providers they choose.

This position requires GREAT organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of a new clients move. You must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail. You must also be a good communicator, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.

*YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS IN SALES AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.
