Cash Management Administrator At 3|Sixty Secure Corp

3|Sixty Secure Corp is seeking a high-performing individual with strong data processing background in the role of Cash Management Administrator in our Financial Security Services.; Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for transfer, verification and retrieval of data within Vault Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders;
• Type in data provided directly from customers;
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes;
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
• Update existing data;
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested;
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation;
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements:

• College diploma in Administration, or similar field, or equivalent experience;
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed;
• Proficient touch-typing skills;
• Top candidates will be focused, diligent, energetic and have good people’s skills;
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices;
• Basic understanding of databases;
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills;
• Great attention to detail
