We are looking for a Junior SEO for our Vadodara office. Your primary focus will be working with team and project leads on client and internal organic campaigns to generate and execute on backlinking opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is tenacious and a go-getter focused on helping businesses succeed, with a deep interest in what they are doing and an insatiable thirst to learn and continuously better themselves.

Responsibilities

• Search for backlinking opportunities
• Research and implement industry best practices for link building
• Experiment with tools to optimize backlinking
• Create and own backlinking processes to help guide other team members
• Send requests to content writing departments for link building
• Achieve links as per need on daily and weekly basis for internal and client projects
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO analysis strategies with project lead
• Handle Press Release and News Posts
• Create and maintain blogs, wikis and pages
• Study competitor websites for their link structure and help define link building strategy for clients
• Maintain organized and well defined Excel records of work done to guide other team members
• Do on-page optimization for support sites and other pages of large portals
• Report daily to project and team leads

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Basic knowledge of web structures and how they work
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in link building
• Able to work in a fast paced, international team environment, as well as independently
• Proven ability to work on many tasks & projects simultaneously
• Qualities must include attention to detail, strong verbal and written communications skills
