Facilities Assistant At 2K Games

What We Need:

We are looking for a motivated Facilities Assistant to help with office moves, whiteboard installation, and furniture assembly. Solid hands-on skills are required for this position (drill, tape measure, etc.)

Candidate should have a positive outlook, can-do attitude and clear, concise communication skills. Punctuality, dedication, and the ability to work positively with others in occasional high-pressure situations.


What You Will Do:

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Assist with office moves as required
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, as well as manage expectations
• Manage requests utilizing ticketing system software
• Assist with shipping/receiving tasks as necessary
• Assist with event setup
• Ensure all conference rooms are neat and tidy
• General office cleanup to include removing old boxes, sorting through miscellaneous items for proper storage
• Contacting and coordinating with supply vendors
• Software and e-mail experience desired, but not necessary
