Role and Responsibilities
Are you an Certified Teacher (OCT) looking for a rewarding part-time teaching position in Ajax, Ontario? ICAN Education - Ajax is seeking a English Teacher to teach students in grade 1 - 8 English language on a one-on-one and/or in a small group.
Job Duties Include
- Teacher will teach English language to Grade 1 - 8 students in Ajax
- Assess students' abilities
- Complete periodic reporting, attend meetings, and training as required
- Participate in student review sessions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- OCT Teacher is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of Ontario Curriculum related to English language

Additional Notes
- Classes are from Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm and/or Saturdays from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm in Ajax, Ontario
- Training and ongoing support is provided for the selected candidates
