We are currently hiring a Director of Marketing in our El Segundo Office. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering results and managing a team. As a successful team member, you will possess collaborative leadership skills, creativity, and a willingness to teach and learn. You will work at a high strategic level combined with a hands-on, can-do execution as a working member of the team.
]Responsibilities:
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24:

Oversee strategy and tactics of company marketing, digital/social media (including SEO & PPC), website, public relations, and communication to the community

Develop and execute marketing plan for 24 Hour Home Care based on company goals
-
Identify, understand, and monitor the broader competitive landscape to develop unique strategies and recommendations to drive the company business forward

Manage social media presence and related programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
-
Understand and develop budgets/finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Manage the creation of all 24 Hour Home Care print and electronic materials such as brochures, one sheets, letterhead, use of logo, etc.

Manage and maximize the value of the vendors being utilized by the marketing team: SEO/PPC agency, website developer

Identify and execute customer primary research, tabulating, and analyzing results to uncover trends, need gaps, and/or issues.

Establish and maintain relationships with media partners in the community

Work closely with sales, recruiting, and culture team to offer cross-functional marketing support
-
Establish new ways to reach out to prospective clients and maintain relationships with current clients including new ways for client appreciation

Lead projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
-
7-10 + years of effective strategic and creative marketing experience with a solid track record of building national brands, campaigns and acquiring/retaining customers with strong ROI across online and offline mediums

Highly energetic, positive and professional team player and leader with exceptional interpersonal skills who can embrace the mission and culture of the company and practice our core values
-
Recent and current creative and analytical experience utilizing digital and social marketing to drive results
-
Experience leading and managing teams against multiple goals and projects
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understands the importance of being Clear, Concise, and Compelling
-
Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-
Knowledge of Photoshop and web design (a plus!)
-
Knowledge in SalesForce, HubSpot, and Birdeye (a plus!)
