Texting/ServiceNow Developer At 21Tech

Overview:

Our client is looking to engage a temporary experienced Texting/Service Now Developer. This person will create innovative applications which leverages SMS functionality in order to reach end users. They will also have strong understanding of business process in government environment and will have strong experience in bridging operational gaps by developing solutions in platforms like Twilio, Service Now and My SQL. This consultant will be specialized in identifying process gaps and in designing and developing appropriatedigital end-to-end solutions using texting and Service Now. These solutions may need integrating different platforms like Twilio, Drupal, Active Directory and Service Now. This is a shortprojectto support HSA Digital Services department. In order to accomplish this task it is necessary to augment current staff with specialized temporary staff who have knowledge and experience in developing digital solutions using Service Now, Twilio and Drupal. This is a short-term project and we expect this specialized Texting/Service Now Developer to develop the solutions for our Agency and to train our subject matter experts so that we will be able to bring this knowledge and we will be able to do this kind of work within our Agency.

Introduction:

The purpose of this request is to secure a Specialized Texting/Service Now developer forthe Human Services Agency. The Digital Services team has starting supporting our Agency with designing and developing backend Digital Services for the Agency to improve it efficiency and effectiveness. There a growing demand for the services of a specialized texting/Service Now specialist who will identify the process gaps and develop appropriate digital solutions using diverse technologies. We expect this Specialist to transfer knowledge and train our internal team. The position will require onsite support between 8am - 5pm workdays

Experience Required:

• Must have recent (within last year) experience in understanding business processes, identifying process gaps.
• Must have within the last year experience in developing and designing customized and specialized technical Digital Solutions for Texting and complex workflows using platforms like Service Now.
• Must have within the last year experience in integrating texting platforms like Twilio to workflow platforms like Service Now
• Must have within the last year designed and developed Digital Solutions, workflows and webforms
• Must have at least a year of experience doing design and solution development work on JAVA. JAVA Script, C+, Symphony and Linux platform.
• Must have recent (within last year) experience using CSS, Adobe Suite, HTML and other front end designer and development tools.
• Must have experience in training internal team.
• Must have recent (within last year) experience in using GitHub and automated testing tools
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills: such as communication skills, active listening and customer centric support.
• Must have experience in conducting knowledge sharing exercise and training of teams

Scope of Work:

• Will develop Technical Requirement documents
• Will design, develop and deploy customized end user solutions within platforms like Service Now and Twilio
• Will conduct testing of solutions developed
• Will conduct user testing and incorporate changes as required
