Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of the English language, be able to communicate complicated ideas effectively, have extensive hands-on experience in search engine marketing & SEO, be data-driven and have proven success managing numerous search engine marketing campaigns, oh, and fun to work with.
You will create new campaigns, conduct bid management, and optimization, prepare reports in support of the client's goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with agency team members.
After a 3 months' probation period, full health benefits will be offered. The salary range offered with this position is $55,000 to $65,000, plus commission and other incentives as well as a generous vacation package.
Roles & Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
SEO - You will be responsible for identifying, planning and executing a strategy to deliver higher volumes of qualified organic traffic to client websites. This will include:
- Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis
- Audit sites to come up with SEO recommendations (technical, content, internal and external audit)
- Identify content gaps and strategically plan new content development
- Apply new SEO strategies to continue organic growth
SEM/PPC - You will be aligning clients with the correct channels to deliver highly qualified traffic at a competitive cost per click. This will include:
- Keyword Research, Competitive Analysis, and Budget management
- Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns
- Create new paid search campaigns (Search, Display, Videos, App) utilizing internal Web-based systems
- Proactively identify and implement potential campaign improvements and optimizations
- Assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
- Create campaign reports
Other duties as needed include:
- Proactively grow trust and maintain client relationships
- Create and send monthly reports to clients the provide insights and value, not just metrics
- Find trends and patterns from their analytics data and translate those trends into recommendations
- Being able to translate business goals into deliverables
Requirements & Qualifications:

- Able to communicate effectively and present well to clients
- Data analysis and problem-solving mindset
- High-level experience in PPC and SEO optimization
- Well versed with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Must have the ability to multitask and work within firm deadlines
- Must be located in Kamloops or Vancouver BC
- Post-secondary education specializing in business/marketing/computer science
